I have no words. Holy effing crap, it’s brilliant!

Every time I see a new ZX-Dev entry, I think "that's going to take some beating".

Absolutely. This compo has had some really good entries. The best in years imho.

I'm usually quite awful at shoot'em'ups but I was able to get decently far in this game. The difficulty's quite reasonable and it looks very polished. And it's fast too.

Did you guys download from here?
http://www.worldxxisoft.com/downloads/Redshift.zip

I've tried downloading it multiple times and the zip only contains a text file about the game.

Another top quality game from this compo!
Seems very polished, with clever use of colour, smooth movement, paralax effects and not so hard difficulty.
I'll be surely playing it.

I followed the download link in the review in the first post. No issues.

Yes, that's the same one. I'll try it from a different device later. Thanks.

Aye—both links lead to a zip containing .txt, tape and disk files.

Thanks, didn't see the bottom link but it leads to the same place. Don't know what the issue is on my phone but I'll try a laptop later. This looks really good!

When games are this cool, it's hard to tell which screenshots to take!

Bug report: If you redefine the keys, the pause key also quits the game (yes I chose different keys for pause & quit!).
