Toofy's Nutty Nightmare

People are still making stuff for the Sinclair related machines. Tell us about new games and other software that runs on the Spectrum, ZX80/ZX81, Pentagon and Next.

Toofy's Nutty Nightmare

Post by PaulJ »

An old/new game folks...
This game was going to be a Vega+ exclusive.. and we know how that ended up.
Read the details on my web site for more info.
I recently dug it out of my hard drive and tweaked it a bit.
Don't expect greatness here - it was designed for a small screen with simple controls.

Downloads from my website.
As this is an old game, I am placing no restrictions on walk-throughs this time, but it would be nice to have a little pause to let players have a go first.

Cute! Wish the keys were redefinable, though. (Could never get the hang of the QAOP control layout.)

I managed to get to the sixth level first time out, and I'm usually awful at this kind of game. It was the rolling barrel that usually saw me off.
Spectribution: Dr. Jim's Sinclair computing pages.
Features my own programs, modified type-ins, RZXs, character sets & UDGs, and QL type-ins... so far!

Great game, please bung in a level counter so we know how far we got. Controls are easy.

It's looking very nice. Thanks for digging it out and sharing it with people.

So you say there won't be a new Vega after all?
