Glad you're still making games Valdir.

I've played this for some 20 matches and am surprised they keep picking me! I like the way the flow of the match is represented by the horizontally moving ball but playing is so good I really yearn for a pure trainer mode.

...so I fired up ZX-Striker

I completely understand the need to separate from a project when it is finished but I wonder if you would consider a separate, pure trainer game?

Just a thought.

One day* I would like to write a cricket version of this, perhaps more like ZX-Striker, the possibilities with spin, bounce and swing would keep me captivated forever

Oh, that might eclipse CRL's Test Match as my most favourite Cricket game on the Spectrum :-)

I'm playing it in little bursts. That's an interesting take on football games.

Is there any interactivity in the match screen where the ball goes left and right?

No, in the match screen you just wait and pray that they pass you the ball, pretty much like in real life
But when you are injured or not playing it skips that screen directly to the results.

Last night I did a quick write up to let everyone know that it was out and then plastered it over social media networks along with a lot of hastags.
I also linked in getting the game here

Very nice, to be honest I find the sports games miss the mark a lot of times on the micro-computers. It is a tough job to get the input right. But this was very easy to use. Where did the time go?

Nice work.
Interesting twist on the football genre.

I always love games with some physics in them, even when faked :)

The game is very good, but somehow I still prefer the ZX Striker gameplay and I was hoping that the new version would be built on that concept.
Eurostriker is also very fun to play, maybe because of its different approach and performance.
Still, I would like to see the upgraded version of the ZX Striker, without changing the original gameplay, but with improved shots, player controlled goalkeeper and of course with this manager part included...
