This is pretty good, and inventive as your stuff usually is. At first I thought it was intentionally impossible and a joke about England's chances, but I realised I was being crap and needed to get used to it.
I managed to beat France, but was quickly dispatched by Russia. I guess this is a CGC entry (?) but if released on cassette (okay, maybe a type in) it's gameplay would have been the talk of the playground in 1982 or so.

There is some of that in there (in the event of a draw).
You do need to keep a laser focus for an extended period!

This may come in handy for killing some time in the pub watching Worldcup matches. Park yourself from 1PM to 9PM, ask the waiter to bring just tap water and sunflower seeds, play Neurobic in garbage times. A perfect plan to spend all day long in a Footy-Zen state of mind
