Entering its BASIC listing, at the beginning says it was made by Darren Staples in 1982.

Added. Could be fun, but no way am I going to learn all 15 commands for face, edge and XYZ axis before bed!

Long time ago I coded a 4x4 cube myself.

Only a few years ago I bought a 4x4. it has some tricks not on a 3x3, so far from easy to solve.

I did code a 3x3 on the ZX81 a few years ago in just 1K.
