A new batch of Russian MIA games from my collection

3.
Frog Path

Re: uMia: some Russian games 2
The Frog Path loading screen is fabulous.
Re: uMia: some Russian games 2
The Frog Path seems to be the same as the Freeway Frog BASIC type-in game in Melbourne House's book Over the Spectrum:

Re: uMia: some Russian games 2
Thanks for the notice!
In this case please decide mods, should we consider it a crack (and discard it) or a mod (and accept it).
For me it goes beyond simple crack. The author did a loading screen, an animated menu and translated the game. Personally I would save it in a database as a game mod with pointing to the original.

Re: uMia: some Russian games 2
Now, I added Frogpath to the spreadsheet but I think I was lured by that sexy loading screen. Although it has a loader, new intro and is translated to Russian the game seems exactly the same as the original Frogger. For me it goes beyond simple crack. I'm not sure what the criteria is for a crack, and what would be consistent with the rest of the archive. Anyone?
