Dino Wars (TRS-80)

Post by Juan F. Ramirez »

I came across this YT video the other day. It's a gameplay of the game 'Dino Wars' for the TRS-80:

It's so weird that I thought I should share with you :)

Huh. So that’s how they died out, eh?

Be fair now, it was a two player game but in the demo shown here the poster said a fault was making both dinos work from the one joystick. For a TRS*80 and the time, I think thats not so bad, all things considered.

Acually it's not bad for 1980 and a home computer. Sprite scaling and all these pseudo 3D works perspective works really good.

But yes, fight is bizarre. At first I believed they are dancing together :)
