You can also use it from a Spectrum Next using the £1.50 wifi module, from the CSpect Next emulator:

Or from BBC BASIC for SDL2.0:

And there's clients for a bunch of other retro computers like the BBC Micro and Dragon 32.

I really like it, tried it with CSpect and it works very well. :)
It reminds me of ZiFi, a ZX-Evo internet client, both using great ESP8266 wifi module.

No, I've only tried it on the emulator for the first time, I don't have a wifi module right now.
btw, thanks for your nice tutorial for setting up CSpect, it works really well. :)

You mention above a Dragon 32 Client Seven.FFF. Could you provide a link to the details? I could not find it on the GitHub Page. Cheers

I got this info from Tony Jewell, who you can find in the NXtel facebook group. Not sure if he is on this forum. I don't have a Dragon wifi module myself, so I haven't tried it.

You can also get to NXTEL by dialling in to TELSTAR on 01756 664433 and using the NXTEL gateway from menu item 6,3. I have only just managed to get set up with a VTX5000, but it seems to work OK. Just enter any 10 digit number for the login ID when the Micronet Software requests it.

Enjoy!

Will there be an upgrade anytime soon for Nxtel? I hope so. I understand people are busy, so just asking.
