ZX Spectrum Next Kickstarter #1 Completed

Post by Alcoholics Anonymous »

Three years after KS #1 was successfully funded, the kickstarter has finally seen the last units shipped. The last few will be making it through the delivery system to people's homes now.

It's being worked on now. A number of new challenges present themselves because of covid unfortunately.

KS2 is a possibility next month or soon thereafter. If you wanted one and missed your chance, a second chance is around the corner. FYI in case some pennies need to be tucked away.

Thanks for the heads up. Any rough estimate of what amount of pennies needs to be tucked away? I won't hold my breath for the original price, that's probably impossible, but hope it won't be too dear.

I don't know yet but the aim is the same pricing. Most things cost more at this time unfortunately. I'm not sure what the offerings will be yet either, with the goal to reduce to one or two choices to simplify everything.

Jim Bagley said earlier on Facebook that the second Kickstarter will be submitted on Thursday, and it takes up to eight days to be approved and launched.
