Yeah, they are not identical, I need to go into it before doing any change, perhaps both entries can be merged into one.

Hi @PeterJ
The game was developed during 2019. On the El Mundo del Spectrum (EMS) website you can see a preview published on November 4, 2019, and in the text it specifies that it is under development yet.
http://www.elmundodelspectrum.com/prese ... rita-team/
Development continued through the first months of 2020 and the game was not released until the end of March 2020.

Hi
https://spectrumcomputing.co.uk/entry/1 ... Eliminator
Eliminator's release date should be changed to 1989. Eliminator was the first Hewson game created (and released) with the 16 bit machines in mind, so the 16 bit versions were released first, around September/October 1988. The 8 bit versions were released in 1989. Magazines at the time reviewed the game around April/May 1989 (Crash, SU, YS, Microhobby). Also I remember buying this game in 1989 when it came out in Spain.
Thank you!

Another one from Paul Collins:
There are two different games called "The Lost City": one from Sinclair User, and another of unknown authorship.
https://spectrumcomputing.co.uk/entry/3 ... _Lost_City
and
https://spectrumcomputing.co.uk/entry/6 ... _Lost_City
If you look at the Related Links for these two games, there seem to be some mistakes, where one game is linked to Tipshop and CASA for the other game.

Dandy should be "also known as" Dauntless -- that was its original name but it was changed prior to release. The official line was that Electric Dreams secured the rights to convert Dandy around the same time that US Gold got the rights to Gauntlet but cheekily decided to change its name to Dauntless -- however after an alleged bust-up at the PCW Show they agreed to revert it back to Dandy.
(Personally I suspect they only got the rights to Dandy after US Gold threatened legal action over Dauntless being too similar to Gauntlet, but I've no actual evidence to base that on)

Re: Little bugs in the database 4
Apage Satanas info section states "This game supports Multicolour up to 83 colours."
Here we have several wrong claims at once. This game uses (not "supports", as it's not a hardware mode) a video effect called Gigascreen (not Multicolour, which is totally different thing that could be mixed with Gigascreen) in its simplest form. Also Gigascreen has up to 102 distinct blinking "colours", not 83 (though the game uses much less of these obviously):
And i think other Gigascreen-using games need to be checked.

Some titles from Bob Smith seem to be under 'Bob Smith' as the publisher such as:
https://spectrumcomputing.co.uk/index.p ... 6&id=23678
Whilst others are under 'Bobs Stuff'
https://spectrumcomputing.co.uk/list?label_id=1795
I don't understand the reason for having two different publishers listed.

React
was founded by Software Communications, not Alternative.
The first React re-release of Samantha Fox Strip Poker is from Software Communications. The cassette label shows this version was released in 1988.
The second React re-release is from Alternative, and the cassette label shows that Alternative own the React trademark. The inlay shows this release was 1989.

As mentioned almost nine months ago, Super Basic is (still) erroneously listed as "Super Basic Instruzioni" (sic). It is also filed as "General: Education" whereas it should be considered as "Programming: BASIC".
