I've just open-sourced it. Help yourself to a copy at https://bitbucket.org/SteveSmith16384/spectrumarcade . There's a few niggly problems to solve before I can package it up into a nice simple download. After that, I'm going to start work on a multiplayer FPS version of Chaos.
