I'm not sure if everyone got the joke
Oh man, when those unmistakable drums kick in. Beautifully done!
A cruel* joke though, the Ramparts tune *is* a bona fide banger and we’d love to hear your remix!
* cruel but delightfully-arranged rendition of a different, IMO, total banger. In fact the real April Fools was the Soundcloud auto-play feature that followed up with CRT Hum Demonstration that nearly rattled my teeth out, hahaha.

...You use any DEF FN and FN commands.
No, not using these just means you are a poor programmer. But it is horrific that we only have GO SUB, and no real subroutines. Everyone thinks "assembler is harder than BASIC" but jesus, it has actual scoping (popping), it's way more advanced.
And the guy who says: "you notice some colour clash at your local groceries store"
HEY RACIST! (or mango and/or eggplant lover)
you're thinking of clever game title/opcode combinations to exceed that 10 letter restriction, like RETURN TO WOLFNBRIGHT

Guilty on all counts. I apologise for nothing. Also, I don't leave spaces for disc syntax, but do make alternatives to tape versions of what I write, on microdrive and various disc formats.

A quick one from the Discord.
You know you're a hardcore Speccy BASIC programmer when:
you have ever seen "Q Parameter error"
Let's also not forget the other, similar error I've just seen during a spot of CSSCGC programming.
@Jbizzel may be disappointed to find that "P FN without DEF, 2030:4" will not be appearing in the final product of my efforts. Or maybe I'll put one back in at the end of the game...

I'm a big fan of "q. CRC Error" from the ol' Didaktik 80. So, inspired by your work Jim, I put a few custom report messages into my Woot submission. Did you spot them? Spoiler
They're not implemented as real error reports, just text - so not eligible for a corned beef sandwich. Think of it as a corned-beef easter egg maybe.

Now that I look back at it, I did. If you want that corned beef sandwich, with extra HP sauce and so much horseradish you'll have a week-long nosebleed... Spoiler
...work out how to make actual custom error reports that can be called with a USR and will return to BASIC as normal. All I know is that it won't involve a RET at the end...
You can have a bonus White Castle-sized corned beef sandwich with a small blob of HP sauce for SQIJr, though. Jason Creighton should be awarded the verification on that site free of charge given that we're still talking about his crazy creation after three and a half decades.
