Nice find! It seems to be this one: https://spectrumcomputing.co.uk/entry/1 ... c_Composer

I tried it. I couldn't make a head or tail of it but it has quite polished editor and nice look, especially for 1984.
My guess is however that it allows only a simple built-in BEEP music without any multichannel stuff.
