I had Pang on my mind all the time and finally did it here, just to see it guessed almost instantly. :D
The Arcade version had very nice, shiny graphics.

Nah, that's almost definitely somewhere in the UK, otherwise the time wouldn't be 13:15 due to the different timezone.
