Devfinitive Edition (Raffaele Cecco): vote
From nine to five, I have to spend my time at work
My job is very boring, I'm an office clerk
The only thing that helps me pass the time away
Is knowing I'll be back at Cecco Beach someday
You've got seven days to pick yer favourite...

Equinox by Mikro-Gen
Exolon by Hewson
Licence To Kill by Domark
Solomon's Key by US Gold
Stormlord by Hewson

1. Solomon's Key
2. License to Kill
3. Equinox
Exolon is like an Ultimate game, visually great but repetitive and slow to play. I never got much out of the Cybernoids. They were too difficult and, as with Exolon, I didn't like the waves of randomly spawning enemies.
Amazing graphics though.

1. Cybernoid
2. Cybernoid II
3. Solomon's Key
The first two are pretty close. I could see this one going either way.

3) Stormlord
Cybernoid is too difficult for me.

I don't have anything cool to put here, so i'll just be off now to see a priest with yeast stuck between his teeth and his friend called Keith who's a hairpiece thief...

Stormlord looks great but is unplayable.
Deliverance is one of the worst games i've ever played. I have no idea how it got such high scores in the UK mags.

Too many games to choose from here:
1. Cybernoid. The 2x2 main player sprite is just easier to steer than the second game. Anyway, ridiculously hard, lots of content, big colourful explosions, essential keyboard use.
2. Cybernoid 2.
3. Solomon's Key. Nice colourful puzzle action game. But I've said this somewhere else before already.
Things that just didnt made it...
* Equinox for its arcade adventure (still impossible to play though)
* Stormlord (I can do level 1 and that's it. Still beautiful.)
* Time Machine (I remember it being a strangely complex game, but this one really needs a walkthrough.)

Looking back at these games it strikes me that Cecco was certainly an accomplished programmer but there wasn't always that much in terms of gameplay. Solomon's Key is a positive exception to that, yet also a conversion from an arcade game.

Re: Devfinitive Edition (Raffaele Cecco): vote
Phew, it's been quite contentious for the top spot...
Exolon has grabbed that, with 14 votes.
Cybernoid is second, with 11 votes.
Then we have Solomon's Key in third place, with 8 votes.
Cybernoid II: The Revenge is in fourth, 4 votes.
Equinox gains 1 vote to be in fifth place.
Things are rather different, to say the least, when we look at the proportional results:
Cybernoid by Hewson 23
Solomon's Key by US Gold 21
Exolon by Hewson 20
Equinox by Mikro-Gen 12
Cybernoid II: The Revenge by Hewson 9
Licence To Kill by Domark 2
Stormlord by Hewson 2
Time Machine by Activision 1
