It's not, really. The main character is a doctor.
Spoiler
I checked the author in the database and it seems he programmed two of the other games I've posted in this thread.

Again this is not the loading screen, but it better represents the game this way:

I think of Tutankhamun where the dude is indeed in trouble.

That's the game though I remember the title was La mummia.

No but you're in the right ball park. It's a loading screen.

La mummia is the Italian bootleg published by Load'n'Run.

A bit of self-indulgence. I hate AI in the way it just rips off artists work... but I guess it's okay using it for fun...

(I probably would've used it back in the day... as that was long before I climbed up to my incredibly tall equine viewing point.)

Saboteur 2. Had to look it up as I didn't remember it having a female protagonist or a hanglider. Maybe I never played it back in the day!

Looks vaguely like Kenny Dalglish, did he have a game? Lineker? Graham Souness?

Actually that's close enough. Bit unfair this one. Gary Lineker's Superstar Soccer. He's not been very lucky with loading screen likeness in any of his games, so I went with 'a close up of a neanderthal young Gary Lineker'.

I love how they got Jimmy Nail to stand in for Gary Lineker for the loading screen on one of his games...

I tried doing this one but couldn’t get the top-down perspective right.
