Thats a cunning guess. Theres about 20 games in the DB called Fruit Machine. Gotta be one of them. (And, of course, Fruit Machine Simulator by Code Masters).

The game got reviewed by at least two big mags and scored pretty good results. It was published for Atari and Amiga, too.
