Despite being really slow (although now I just adjust the emulation speed, which helps a lot) FD 2 is probably my favourite management game on the Speccy. I used to cheat at 2 Player SL by using the second club as a sort of feeder team - I just used it to buy decent players then sold them dirt cheap to my main team.
Everything else gained one vote each, to be joint second: Championship Golf; Football Director II; Football Director: 2 Player Super League and Grand Prix.
