Paul Farrow's website?

Post by PaddyC13 »

Hi Folks,

Does anyone know what has happened to Paul Farrow's website:

www.fruitcake.plus.com/

The link no longer works. Has Paul changed his URL for example?

Many thanks

I can still see it. Maybe he was late paying a renewal?

Yeah, works for me, too. And I remember it going down for a while a few months back.

Works for me too. I think the plus.com domain is provided by the broadband provider Plusnet. When BT took them over they abandoned free webspace, but they must be keeping it available for now for existing users.

How strange. If I try the link for Chrome, IExplorer and Edge it does not work. I cannot even access PlusNet's main site. Even a PING to www.plus.net just times out. I am using BT Broadband - surely they have not blocked the site.

Fine for me. Can you try via a phone with 3/4G rather than your WiFi. That should soon tell you if it's your ISP or not.

Hi Paddy, it's definitely working right now.
Obviously there's something at your end...
