Paste or SendKeys compatibility

Post by bass-on »

Hi,

Are there any emulators that let you, for example, copy some text in Windows and then let you paste it into the emulator as if you've typed it in on the Speccy keyboard?

Alternatively, are are there any that allow you to use SendKeys in VB/VBA/VBScript to mimic this?

I'm using Spectaculator, which doesn't let me do either. :(

Cheers

I think SPIN had a "Keyboard Helper" which let you copy and paste text into a box and then send it as Spectrum keypresses. If I remember correctly, it would even recognise BASIC keywords and convert them to the one-touch keypresses that the 48K model uses (if you were in 48K mode, of course).
All software to-date
Working on something, as always.
