Wouldn't you like to use frontpage 1.0 or the 1.1 that come back to 1995, really close to the Spectrum defunction?
the other day I read you really liked the oldschool 90's style :) now that you mention geocities, this site mentions a tool called Geocities-izer http://nineties.website/

And that green gif of a guy working ('page under construction'), almost every web page had one! :lol:

But it also reminds me of the old good Spectrum emulators: Warajevo, ZX32, ...
