Very interesting read! It seems that as a simulation it was really accurate for the time, not just a novelty.

Interesting read.

I knew this game that came with a board, a weird device to control the game. Curious.

I suppose it's a good opportunity on Ebay.

Interesting read - was, and remains, quite a unique game.

I've done absolutely zero research on this but the only other surfing game I can think of was one of the events in Epyx's California Games.

I've got a +3 disc version of Codemasters' "4 Soccer Simulators" - all of which are varying degrees of pony - and he's trying to sell that for a hundred quid. "North and South" on +3 disc is three hundred!

Is there anyone out there who has ever looked at auctions like that, thought "that sounds like a fair deal!" and paid the asking price?
