ZXDB Update - 31 July 2020
Re: ZXDB Update - 31 July 2020
I see that my suggestion for the Pac-man emulator is accepted, but not for the Galaksija emulator.
Actually Galaksija emulator can run on 128k/+2 models too, but only with DivIDE or MB02+ interface attached.
Here's a important part from Tomcat's faq:
Welcome to the first Galaksija emulator for ZX Spectrum. This
will actually emulate a Galaksija computer - together with
Display, Keyboard and Tape input on the following ZX Spectrum
configurations:
- ZX Spectrum +3
- ZX Spectrum +2A (black)
- ZX Spectrum SE
- any 128k ZX Spectrum with DivIDE interface attached
- any 128k ZX Spectrum with MB-02 interface attached
Unfortunately the "ordinary" 128k spectrum and the +2 (grey
case) don't have an ability to page in RAM at address $0000
which is required for Galaksija to run (well it is required to
have ram at $2000).
It might be a good idea to add a note with the specific models that the program works with and what add-ons are needed to work on standard 128k/+2 models as well, to avoid possible confusion.

Re: ZXDB Update - 31 July 2020
Just one point to clear up...
I really should get on with some .scr files for Super Mario Fruit Machine as well. 16 years old it may be but it's not shown off at its... "best".
The 4K RAM Super Deluxe Edition isn't just addition, it involves all three of the available arithmetic functions, so you might want to take "addition" out of the ZIP filename. Also, I'd recommend using the 4K version for the main running screen and having a 1K screenshot as one of the subsidiaries. You know, just in case anyone ever wants to take a look at it and... gasp... play it! (Fat chance. I mean, doing sums with complex numbers on a ZX80 for fun, what was I thinking...)

Spectribution: Dr. Jim's Sinclair computing pages.
Features my own programs, modified type-ins, RZXs, character sets & UDGs, and QL type-ins... so far!

Any self-respecting text adventure would have FLASH 1 deadly walls.
Re: ZXDB Update - 31 July 2020
These are fixes from the bugfixes thread. There's a long list of them, so they don't happen immediately. When it's done, you'll see a green "REVIEWED" tag appear in your posts.
