SpecEmu question

Post by Pegaz »

Today, I accidentally got the request screen in SpecEmu, to copy text from clipboard into emulation.
How to use this feature, the standard CTRL-C, CTRL-V doesnt work?

It's been hidden behind ALT-P for a long time!

There's no tokeniser so it won't work for the 48K Spectrum and it makes no attempt to validate the input. Give it garbage, expect garbage. So I kept quiet about it :)

I tried a few short listings in 128 basic and it actually works!
Thanks Woody, although not perfect, I like this little hidden gem. :)

Hi Wood, is SpecEmu development halted? I Couldn't find your site anymore. Last version I've found is 3.1 from 2012 :( It's one of the best emulators around.

Latest SpecEmu : https://www.worldofspectrum.org/forums/ ... ent_924783

It's on M$Onedrive whose shared links are known to expire pretty soon. So you'd better be quick. I would suggest Woodster to use G$$gleDrive instead

Thanks a lot Hikoki, I'm very happy woodster keep working on SpecEmu, possibly the only one that correctly emulates TK90X and ßeta 48
