'Friday the 13th' inlay by Domark

Hi,
Does anyone have a complete scan of the inlay for this clam case title? I know it's sh*te but I've been given a copy by someone & the inlay has been water damaged and the fold out has stuck to the front image. I would like to make a replica.

Here is the front (which is good enough to make a print out from) but it doesn't have the back fold with the instructions and quiz entry form - https://spectrumcomputing.co.uk/entry/1 ... y_the_13th

If someone who has this montrosity would be kind enough to scan the missing sides in for me it would be much appreciated.

Hiya Mark. I've got some old (as in 2008 old) scans that I made from a not exactly mint example of the game that will require some serious tarting up but they were done at 600dpi so you stand a chance of getting something half decent looking from them.... hopefully! Good luck - Rich!
