Happy Friday, guys and gals! Wooohooooooo! :)

Here's another Speccy-related crossword. Clues are a mix of cryptic(ish) and not-so-cryptic(ish), some anagrams, some clues from past quizzes, a couple of them are quotes from advertising taglines. A bit of a mix of stuff, basically. Apologies in advance if some of them are a bit rubbish.

Rules for this quiz: No more than three answers per post. No consecutive posts from the same user (mine don't count). No points given for this quiz. Must perform at least one Quirkafleeg.

Have fun, folks! :)

5 down: ELIMINATOR - that question mark indicates an anagram, for those who aren't up to speed with cryptic crosswords...
13 across: AUTOMATA
18 across: THRUST

I've got some Friday Quiz answers right! Today will be a good day. Even more than throwing 50 rupees in a pond where I might still get Big Trouble.

(I've got seven more than this... just waiting for someone else to get in now...)

Hank's got one of mine, which leaves six. This wasn't one of them - this is the one I was unsure of, so feel free to tell me I'm wrong on this one:

17 across = NONAMED

I'll check back later and see if anyone has found the others I was sure of. Also, I've been quirkafleeging vigorously in the background, and it's not my problem that you can't see it. And no, I'm not going to grab a webcam and broadcast it. What do you think this is, OnlyFans?

I had that one solved anyway, but left it for someone else. I was around the right age for MASK when the toys were released but never thought all that much of it, beyond that 1957 Chevy that had a gun turret poking out of the window. Anyway, seeing as Daren's had his second shot I'll reveal one more...

14 down is TRASHMAN - another anagram.

I also have 21 down and 30 across without a hint of doubt, and I'm 90% sure of 27 down. Anyone want these? I'll give it until the Test Match breaks for lunch. And no, the answer isn't "Advanced Joe Root Scores Another Century And Gives India A Pants-Down Thrashing Simulator".

And that, folks, is a wrap, and the fastest Friday quiz we've had in a while. Let's take a look at the scores...

1. cmonkey/Daren/evilpaul/Hank Scorpio/Juan F. Ramirez/MatGubbins/Morkin/Nitrowing/PeterJ/TMD2003/Vampyre

That's right, you're all winners this week, because there's no "i" in "very well done everyone, you solved the puzzle together, as a team."

As usual, I've been GreenCard, and you've all been wonderful. Thank you all very much for playing. Now, give those noggins a rest. :)
