Post by highrise »

A quick look, with developer commentary, at my latest mod of Manic Miner. AY music by Pedro Pimento. Hope you enjoy it.

That effect is awesome! Don't remember having seen that back in the day, not even in Amiga games.

Although this is already pretty good, maybe I would create a different game around it, with more spooky levels maybe. And not using the flashlight all the time, just in certain situations. But I know, how much effort it would be, to realize such ideas.

Well revised game. Similar to the MOD "Manic Miner-DarkLight Modification".
But not a new development. Copyright ?
In my opinion, the business model of the "sale" is not serious.

Spezzi - any chance you (or anyone) could provide a loading (or intro screen) and in-game screen? (I can give you my email address if you can't post online).

If you are up for it: the in-game screen needs to be in the .scr format, taken on an emulator that can do ULA+. You will know that it is correct if the .scr file is 6976 bytes (and not 6912).

Edited - added "anyone"
