I'm not sure if it was commercial either. My mind seem to think given its title it -might- just might of been a Beau Jolly release if it was...

I've not looked at the file nor downloaded it so it may be in there anyway.

Can you scan the inlays?

I wonder if you have some old Wizard Games: Moon Defenders, Mr Gulp and Megatron (1984)...
