@Nige,

How are you loading Beta BASIC 4 via the divMMC? It doesn't work for me.

I made a snapshot
It's the 128k v4 +D version that I usually use.

I think it would be possible to do a it with a .tap file?
Or maybe convert the line 1 and 2 load and save routines.

I'll give a few methods a try and report back later

I ask because the normal v4 doesn't load, will try making a snapshot from the +D version as you suggest.
