Let's compile a list of ZX Spectrum games that take benefit of 7 MHz (or more) CPU. This means, the speed of gameplay is the same, but the FPS rises.
Starquake (1985) - except beeper music
Star Raiders II (1987) - partially (explosions are not timed for turbo mode)
Stunt Car Racer (1989)
Wolfenstein 2004 (2004)
Pang 16C (2005)
Ball Quest (2006)
More Tea, Vicar! (2012)
Uwol, Quest for Money (coloured version) (2013)
l'Abbaye des Morts (2014)
Billiard (2015)
Ninja Gaiden Shadow Warriors (2018)
ZX Battle City (2020)
Delta's Shadow (2020)
Nothing (2021)
Any more?
Turbo support is especially nice for racing games, are there ones?

stunt car facer does speed up, however, it becomes more playable for sure. A nice one to add to the list, I hope

Re: Games supporting turbo mode
I found all games on the Freescape Engine much more enjoyable in 7 MHz:
- Driller
- Dark Side
- Total Eclipse
- Castle Master
The games from Sanchez Crew are enhanced with 7 MHz (faster and smoother scrolling)
- Aliens Neplasma
- Delta's Shadow
- Castlevania: Spectral Interlude
The same applies for:
- Marsmare
- Driller
- Dark Side
- Total Eclipse
