Don't you feel more happy inside when you use the new weapon on the end boss ?

As well as the game for the (proper) Speccy, Firelord Quality Games have included builds of Top Gun 2: Maverick Dangerous for the 128K, the Next, the Uno and other heathen computer systems such as the C64, Plus 4, Amiga and Atari ST. This is the danger of using a multiplatform games designing tool! Before you know it, the crap has leaked out everywhere.
You are correct! I unleashed crap even to itch.io.
I even put a price tag to the source.
I trying to see if itch.io is a good place to keep my csscgc sources/games that are "completed"..
I also need to find an easy way to upload an emulator so the world could play my games online :)

A CSSCGC entry that was based upon a hypothetical drama, as discussed on Spectrum Computing Forums.

It is Professional A Psychotic Madman Kidnaps You And Will Only Release You When You Complete A ZX Spectrum Game Ten Times, Back To Back Simulator, by @Mpk is here!

I'd forgotten I'd done this.

Also:
is ‘completing it’ getting back to the first ship/first aliens?
Yes, of course.

Ha ha. Another great review. You make me feel like I might almost want to play the game. But I will resist as with all crap games. ;)

In this case, at least, a wise choice.

For example I found this in the DB : https://spectrumcomputing.co.uk/entry/3 ... n_the_CRAP

Just noticed something strange on itch.io! (Maybe this is a topic for another thread but we talk about CSSCGC entries...)
First of all I must say that I know all my creations/entries on CSSCGC are awesome and should be worshiped!

I saw this : https://itch.io/games/new-and-popular/on-sale

How is it possible that some my CSSCGC games are top in this list?
I haven't done any promotion. I posted them just for fun and for testing itch.io and if it is good to store games I've made.
Most of them were uploaded two months ago and their update dates were random and does not explain that some are visible and some are not...

I don't know. You have a crap game bundle for sale with a 50% discount?

My main motivation for starting itch was so I could have a place where my name wasn't associated with all my entries into this comp. All the stuff I was proud of was hidden and all the crap was on display.

(Hope I'm not hijacking. But just a side comment: since itch.io is so popular now: I think at this stage we probably need an official rule in CSSCGC that nothing must require payments or have paywalls. It was always meant to be a silly joke.)

@firelord, I'd buy the bundle, but if you reach the €1000 mark I'm worried you'll lose motivation.

To talk about myself: This was a test by me for itch.io. All my sources can be found for free ( I mention this on itch.io). The prices I put was the lowest I could enter. The 1000euro goal for my bundle was the highest that the system would let me ( I first tried to set the goal to 100.000euros).
In another post I mentioned that some of the fun in the crap games are in the reviews/presentations of a game. Even the review of a game adds points.
I attempted to transfer the crapness in a dedicated page for each game. At some point I might add the official reviews in my site.

I knew this would happen! I will mail to itch.io to raise the maximum target ammount of bundles! Damn, itch.io!

How odd!

I do hope my reviews are accidentally driving traffic to itch, with people flocking to buy them. I don't think I could handle that kind of power.

Frank Zappa once said "we can't be free, but at least we can be cheap." Love those words. Probably fitting for this comp.

I believe that the first clue is the number of balls!
I counted 5,1,2!
So, we are looking at a game that takes 512K of memory but it can fit to a 48k zx spectrum!
The second clue is the dirt!

So, the next masterpiece is a 512K game that will make all others eat dirt!

Wow I am crying -- please create a separate thread for your crack-fuelled answer to "Hareraiser".

(Know what's really annoying? When someone "SOMEONE" has posted an actual walkthrough to Automata's Pi-Mania, on YouTube, but there is no RZX. They just do it to get at you mate. They just do it to hurt you.)
