We cross-posted. The signature on Evaristo el Punky and Khazzad-dum does look the same as Cerius and looks more like R Estrada.
Neither Evaristo el Punky or Khazzad-dum have artists listed in ZXDB.
Rafael Estrada just confirmed me on Twitter that he was the artist behind those System 4 covers: Evaristo el Punky, Khazzad-Dum and Cerius (System 4 release). He even retwited them among his followers and thanked me for the memories. I asked him if he remembers doing more cover artwork from that time. Anyway, I will credit Rafael Estrada through the Preservations Tool on ZXDB later today.

Hi
Rafael Estrada responded to my tweet asking for more titles, but the games he mentions are from MSX or PC-MSDOS as we can see on this list:
https://computeremuzone.com/autor/R.%20Estrada
Rafael Estrada: "Hace mucho tiempo, pero recuerdo alguna más: Tensión, Sports Puzzle, Superbingo, Sexy Puzzle, Megametrópoli, Franky y algunas más".
(Translation: It was a long time ago, but I remember some more: Tensión, Sports Puzzle, Superbingo, Sexy Puzzle, Megametrópoli, Franky and several more).
Best regards

Unfortunately he doesn't seem to have any kind of signature on his work. But as well as the same style, its the repeated re-use of the same elements, the neon grid, the chess pieces, the moon, the plane, the mountains, the island and the strange head-dresses. Coupled with the fact that he did interviews for Crash and PCW saying he was doing work for Artic in 83/84.

Humpty Dumpty in the Garden
The same artwork is used on the front of Artic's
catalogue and is signed by what appears to be "John Reveley".
The covers of
Engineer Humpty and
Humpty Dumpty meets the Fuzzy Wuzzies seem to be the same artist.

Yes, there's a good chance they're by him, but I don't think it's enough to make a firm attribution. Judgement of similarity can be subjective. It helps that we know he did art for Artic, but we also need to know that other artists did not do work for Artic. Otherwise it's an exercise in confirmation bias.

Stuart Hughes has now confirmed via Facebook that he did do all of these, along with
Adventure E: Golden Apple,
Invasion Force and the later cover of

Based on the credits inside the game:
Jim Synoski - Code, Game Design

Paul Hutchinson - Code
Max Remington III - In-game Graphics
ZXDB mentions Sid Meier, but I don't see him as part of the development team.

MicroProse Soccer is now the only Microprose release we don't have an artist credit for. Julie Burness and Fiona Remnant are credited with "Manual Graphics", but I don't think this includes the cover.

Is there any other evidence for equating "R" and Michael Haire? It's not impossible that he used "R" as a signature, but it's a bit odd since it's not one of his initials. Also "art and computer graphics" does not necessarily mean he did the cover. I couldn't find any cover art credits for him on MobyGames, so it would be unusual for him to do cover art. Usually he seems to do graphics and other art.

You're right. I missed the second section of credits.
However, as far as I can see, those covers use quite different signatures from Acro Jet. Unless there's something else, there doesn't seem to be enough evidence to say Haire was the cover artist for Acro Jet.
