Stefan should get the point because... I will admit to being a blatant, utter cheat.

I used my SQL skills to figure it out.

Hangs head in shame and gets coat...

You do all realise there are no points in this quiz, right?

And that, folks, is Specword. Let's take a look at those scores, shall we?

1. AndyC/Morkin/Mpk/ParadigmShifter/PROSM/Red Zebra/Stefan/stupidget/TMD2003/Vampyre

Yes, that's right, you're all winners, because it's the taking part that counts. Well done to everyone who played, absolutely smashed through it, splendid job indeed. This quiz was brought to you by the number 13 and by the correct spelling of the word "Zuul." As usual, I've been GreenCard, and you've all been fantastic. Thank you all for playing and have a great weekend! :)

Cheers for the crossword was enjoyable (lack of crossers makes it hard though)

Well if anyone wordy and nerdy wants to try and beat my score for the day on SJOE you can try :)

Pretty good my best was 16310 (wave 21) though. Anything over 10K is very good.

BIRL is some kind of Scottish terminology. All I know is that it was the title of an episode of The High Life.

Can anyone from the land of haggis, Irn-Bru, D.C. Thomson and continual moaning about the English enlighten us as to its meaning?

Yup all the words placed initially in the high score table are all valid :) Unfortunately that means it can (theoretically - I've not checked all 65536 seeds obviously lol) come up with stuff like SLUT MARY SAID NICE COCK ALAN though ;) And worse if you turn on CUSS mode before you see the high score table for the first time (which is when it populates it with random words). And the first time I ever ran the code to generate the high score table BUMS was right at the top lol.

This made me laugh yesterday...must get some of this rice in for Christmas
