Apulija-13 - missing tapes?

Probably a question for @Alessandro more than anyone else. This site has the following tapes for Apulija-13:

• 48K - German, English, French, Italian, Portuguese
• 128K - German, English, Spanish, Portuguese

So, in other words, no Spanish 48K tape, and no French or Italian 128K tape. Are they missing, or did they never exist?

The files do exist, you can download them from the official web page at https://zanklesoft.itch.io/apulija-13

They should be added to the archive then.
