As to Cyclone, I wrote something like "an hellicopter at night flying over an archipelago with a cyclone nearby".

Try something like

A swordsman with thin moustache, all-black costume includes a cape, a hat known as a sombrero cordobés, and a black sleep mask. Fighting while walking down old stairs.
