Text description (via Firefox Translate) reads:

This ZX Spectrum Clone integrates a 48K Spectrum with a 512KB LEC memory expansion and a Microdrive on a single board. In addition, an AY-3-8910 sound chip, a Kempston joystick, a RAM and ROM paging port, full 8-bit I/O decoding, an IntAck and IM2 suitable interrupt control, no susceptibility to Rain effects, etc.

BTW, this project by Martin S. is being discussed in this thread over at the German Spectrum forum. Development is making good progress. First revision of the PCB is almost done, and the OqtaDrive Microdrive emulator has just been enhanced to work with CP/M.
