Retroleum Smart Card v3.1 can't exit subfolders

My v3.1 Smart card doesn't allow me to go back to the root from a handful of subfolders.

In order to get back to the root, I have to power-cycle the speccy.

The dot and dot-dot are missing from the top of the file-listing in the folders I can't return from.

No errors are detected in the disk (MicroSD) structure.

Has anyone else experienced this and/or know a fix?

I would suggest contacting Phil.at Retroleum. He is very quick at replying.

I assume you are using an SD Card of the appropriate size, and formatted as he describes?
