It'd be lovely to have a commercial era game author vote for their efforts! Had it a few times in the homebrew series.

I don't quite understand what is Bagley's share on Throne of fire. And should we count titles when author just did some additional works ?
I'm not meaning it in bad way I just wonder if he really thinks about the game as his work.
Perhaps, to give an example - my name is on 13 titles but for two 2 of them I just created loading screen and in one case I translanted about 30 words (and I really don't know who and why added my name to the game). Personally I don't consider any of that three titles to be "my" game.
So I wonder where is the line.

I can only vote Leaderboard
I don't have anything cool to put here, so i'll just be off now to see a priest with yeast stuck between his teeth and his friend called Keith who's a hairpiece thief...

Good question, and really one for the discussion phase, that's now over.

1 Midnight Resistance
2 Cabal

I've only played these 2 games but Midnight Resistance is easily a top 10 Speccy game for me. Handy hint: shoot the fish on the waterfalls in Level 4 for extra lives and try to get the 3 way gun and shower weapon for every level.

1. Midnight Resistance. Big and Colourful action scroller. :)
2. Cabal. Another better than the Coin-Op game.
3. Hudson Hawk. I think this one is ok.

I also wanted to say that Gutz is technically great with good scrolling. But the levels were very similar and I got bored after another same looking level.

You lot can't resist Midnight Resistance! It's the runaway winner with 21 votes here.

A distant second is Cabal, 7 votes.

Then World Class Leader Board takes third place, 6 votes.

Throne Of Fire is fourth, with 2 votes.

At the bottom, we have Hudson Hawk and Road Runner, 1 vote each.

It's a similar story on the proportional results:

Midnight Resistance by Ocean 13
Cabal by Ocean 11
World Class Leader Board by US Gold 10
Hudson Hawk by Ocean 4
Throne Of Fire by Melbourne House 4
