Cultez - one or many?

Cultez is a quiz game that's listed as being first published in Enter Spectrum issue 04, but really it's (apparently) the fourth is a series of quiz games called 'Cultez' that appeared on the covertapes of Enter Spectrum magazine.

For example:

• Enter Spectrum issue 01 has 'Cultez'
• Enter Spectrum issue 04 has 'Cultez 4'
• Enter Spectrum issue 08 has 'Cultez Historia'
• Enter Spectrum issue 09 has 'Cultez Musica'

So should there be one entry for this entire series of games, or one entry for each variation?
