It's just bots and similar. I only ever look and logged in users.

Can't I pretend it was global interest generated by the Woot Tape Magazine?

275 guests right now.

In another 8 bit related forum that I visit we also have 300 guests yesterday.

Fortunately we got rid of most of those bots there now.

My guess is that we have a bit of problem right here too.

Still, it is important to note that we might need to add more AI generated sentences to improve our AI bots' rich tapestry of fantastical vocabulary and where they come from.

I use all the tools that the free version of Cloudflare offers, and our very eagle eyed users always report spam accounts really quickly which is great. The only two search engine bots allowed are Google and Bing.

If anyone has any useful suggestions for reducing them please let me know (via PM please). I used to not show guest users, but someone started a number comparison with another site that included them, so I was 'forced' to follow suit. This results in threads like this :dance :dance

Just a reminder that these numbers include the main site as well as the forums.

AI is only an issue if they create accounts!
