A lot of nice games here.
1. Beach Head. Lovely game. Played lots.
2. Loderunner. This is a great game, but I really like Beach head
3. Beach Head 2. Should have been a nice 2 player game, but I didn't had anyone to play with.
Other stuff...
4. Raid was also a really nice game, but just didn't made it to the top 3. That's almost unfair.
...
As for Kung Fu Master, that was a nice game in the arcade. I watched other people the arcade version a lot but it was too hard for me.

1 - Rambo - I know it’s always classed as the inbred cousin of Commando but I have fond memories of playing this. Every school lunchtime we’d go to may mates house and play this on his Speccy. He was a bit of a spoiled kid and his folks pretty much got him and his brother what ever they wanted ( Tamiya RC cars, full size Casio keyboards, Ultra Burner BMX & Speccy’s). There would be 4 of us there each taking it in turns to play Rambo. Cheese and Branston sandwiches always whisk me back to my 12yr old self sat on my mates bed waiting for my turn. RIP AC ( my mates brother)

Honourable mentions go to BH2, Raid, and Tapper. For someone whose name doesn't often come up when talking about the best Spectrum developers, he's got quite a catalogue.

Was close between Raid and Beach Head.
Tapper is good, but music and XORed graphics let it down a bit.

I don't have anything cool to put here, so i'll just be off now to see a priest with yeast stuck between his teeth and his friend called Keith who's a hairpiece thief...

Re: Devfinitive Edition (David Anderson): vote
Raid Over Moscow and Tapper (both US Gold) have jointly topped this poll, 7 votes each! Will the proportional results reveal a standout winner though?
In a close second place, 6 votes go to Lode Runner from Software Projects.
Beach Head by US Gold and World Series Baseball by Imagine are jointly third, 5 votes each.
Ocean's Rambo is fourth, 3 votes.
Imagine's World Series Basketball is fifth, 1 vote.
Well, the proportional results has resulted in something rather different to Raid or Tapper:
Lode Runner by Software Projects 14
Beach Head by US Gold 12
Tapper by US Gold 9
World Series Baseball by Imagine 9
Raid Over Moscow by US Gold 6
Rambo by Ocean 5
Beach Head II by US Gold 3
Brain Damage by Silversoft 1
Kung-Fu Master by US Gold 1
