Sorry I don't speak Russian...

This Dizzy Help seems to be a list of "playing tips" for Dizzy. Is this correct?

Also are they tips only for original Dizzy or any others?

Yes, these are tips for Dizzy games.

It's for Dizzy 1-4 , just as the filename says - "DizzyHelpPart1-4.zip"
