ZX0 compressor for Win64

Has anyone got the ZX0 compressor for Win64?
The official repo hasn't been touched for years and only has Win32 binaries.
I tried compiling the C myself but I have no C experience and couldn't get it to work.

How strange... on Win10 x64 when I originally posted this, I was getting "zx0.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows you are using". But I just downloaded it again and it works now. No idea what happened.

Maybe the browser blocked it, and I didn't notice, and got a zero-byte file with no content filled in...
