An AI ZX Spectrum...

Post by 5MinuteRetro »

I was just a bit bored, so I asked Copilot to "generate a mosaic-style photo of the Sinclair ZX Spectrum computer made of photos of other retro computers from the era". The result, to my eye at least, is rather attractive -- but it looks nothing like a real ZX Spectrum. But man, how great would it have been to own *this* ZX Spectrum?

Nice. Have had a play with DALL-E and Chat GPT now and then.

I've yet to find it successfully generate an accurate image of a Speccy. Probably just not using the right words.

Ikr. It’s a mystery to me why they’re able to generate some convincing images of almost anything imaginable, but not something that actually exists.
