In Xor you need to swap between two different characters.

You swap between different droids in Deactivators.

Edit: Ops, someone said it in a previous post. Then Comando Quatro (https://spectrumcomputing.co.uk/entry/1 ... ndo_Quatro), you change the protagonist each few seconds.

Edit2: there are too a few text adventures where you can swap character, iirc one of The Famous Five.
