Would there be any interest in starting an SC Telegram group?

I'm not familiar with it—I assume you don't mean oldschool telegrams! Is this a bit like WhatsApp?

I'm in 4 or 5 Retro Telegram groups and it is a fantastic tool for a quick chat, send files, share links, etc. You can even chat via voice message, Something sometimes helps when you're trying to explain a complex thing, but is not the same thing as have an IRC, and forget to think you can read ALL the messages on a busy group.

Telegram use their own homemade encryption protocol, which is kinda stupid. But more to the point they're one of these services that requires your mobile phone number to create an account, so they can piss right off anyway.
