Adventure 1 by Abersoft

Hello,
So my patents are moving house, sorting through stuff I came across a huge box contacting all sorts of spectrum stuff. A couple of zx's, a zx81, lots of add on bits and games.
I know noting about vintage computers, but I found it interesting looking up the individual components, seeing what they do, some of the games seemed really interesting. I don't think their was anything super unusual. However, their was one game that jumped out at me its called Adventure 1 by Abersoft. My question is this quite rare? I take it their were lots of smaller studios just producing games on a limited level? If its going to be worth something to someone, improve their collection, I just want to make sure it goes to the right place.
