I have been unable to access

Does anybody know what happened?

Are you still having access issues ?
Depending on what machine OS and/or what devices you're using to connect online one or more of the following thoughts might help:
1. Reboot (turn off = wait 30 seconds = turn on) Router / Switch if possible
2. If using your ISP's DNS consider an alternative perhaps. OpenDNS is OK mostly I've found
3. Windoze ? Try IPCONFIG /FLUSH DNS , may want to reboot after
4. Reboot Windows and/or temporarily try a different browser if practical, although the latter is rare its not unknown for one to have a random problem
