In today's 'Weird devices to play Doom' episode: Pregnancy test.
It's cheating a bit though.
You might be wondering, how the hell is this even possible on an extremely simple gadget such as a pregnancy tester? Well...it isn't. Foone is cheating a little; he had to replace the pregnancy tester's CPU and LCD, essentially turning it into a much more powerful computer (still extremely simple by today's standards, but compared to a pregnancy test or a computer from the early '80s, it's pretty powerful).
The existing CPU can't be reprogrammed and the existing LCD can only show 4 things, so I had to replace both to make any changes.
And the current version doesn't even fit into the shell!

For anyone who is even slightly cynical: I can recognise the layout of E1M1 as long as the text is small enough.
I might have to turn some iconic Doom music into PLAY statements and then that could be playing in the background. It worked for Gargoyle's Quest, so why not? "Dr. Jim's Fantastic FPS Jukebox" (featuring Doom, Doom II, Heretic, Hexen, Rise of the Triad, Duke Nukem 3D, possibly Shadow Warrior and Redneck Rampage...) can be for this year's WOOT! and then - because there is going to be another one next year, isn't there, Dave? - "Dr. Jim's Resplendent RPG Jukebox" (Zelda and Final Fantasy, mostly...) can be the third in the series. Some of it's already been written for years.

Every time I see the title of this thread I think it's a CGC game!
