Can't expand much because the original screenshot is like half the screen. Heres the main sprite in action.

Got it! Advanced Faking The Moon Landings In A TV Studio With Realistic One-Sixth Gravity (Somehow) Simulator.

"WOW! AMAZING ACTION! IT'S SO REALISTIC!"
- Bart "David Darling" Sibrel

"It made me want to punch out my TV screen in rage!"
- Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin

"That's one small game for a man, but... a giant keel-over-backwards for mankind."
- Neil "Not First This Time" Armstrong

"I sat in the orbit module all that time... for this?"
- Michael "No, Not That One" Collins

"We're whalers on the moon, we sing a whaling tune, but there ain't no whales, so we tell tall tales, and sing a whaling tune!"
- Whalers on the Moon (circa 3000 AD)

TL,DR: still no idea, but it's probably something to do with space, or the moon, or both. Any chance of an in-game screenshot?

That's the fella.

I wonder what the significance of the LS on the rocket is, or is it part of USA?

That's what I saw when I looked at it.

As for Oloturia's... it looks like the kind of wiggling, waving trap that I'd expect to see in something like Tantalus - but it isn't that or I'd have recognised it. It won't be Terminus either - the graphics still aren't busy enough. Something similar, though.

Scumball?

That's another one where I knew the answer instinctively but have no idea how my brain remembered that graphic. I had Action Reflex but it was far from my favourite game and not one I've ever bothered to emulate since.

Anyway, here's a new one.

While being nothing like Green Bert, it is at least a game about conflict/war I guess.

Not really got anything in common with Space Crusade. This is a lot more arcade-y (but not a conversion or anything like that).

It's a budget game.
